Cancellation Policy
You will have a 15-minute grace period to reschedule, cancel, or contact us if you are unable to make your appointment. If none of these actions are taken within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 75% of the scheduled service(s).
All clients are required to keep a card on file for this purpose. You will be prompted to add your card when booking your next appointment online. Your card will not be charged for any other reason unless you choose to use it at checkout.
Moving forward, you will be asked to read and acknowledge this policy at the time of booking.
